As part of our development and the establishment of the organization in Southern Europe, we are creating the post of Regional Controller - Europe South Region

Reporting to the head of controlling for Europe South Region (6 subsidiaries and 3 dealers / Turnover 266M€, per year), you will contribute to support the regional organization to achieve business goals, ensure the follow up the performance of the region and be in line with the financial strategic targets.
1/ Analyze the regional financial performance on regular basis
- Sales and margin per country /Strategic business fields.
- expenses and headcount
Evaluation of the situation / Planning and forecasting
- net Sales vs/ budget
- net Sales vs / orders in hand
- Sales contribution margin projection
- Gross profit projection
Identify possible deviations and propose actions.
Elaboration of the Regional monthly report.
Extraction of the monthly reports of the regional entities.

2/ Initiating and tracking of productivity performance.
- Anticipation of the trends per country and product line, and if necessary proposition of correctives actions.
- Ensure transparency with respect of the margin performance on specific commercial projects.
- With the head of controlling, identify actions which improve sales contribution margin with regional marketing and SBF.
Ensure specific analysis if needed .

3/ Financial steering of dealers contracts within the region
. Controlling of the orders and margin as invoicing situation.
. Communication of the budget/YEC to the central control

4/ Analysis of the budget of the regional entities, consolidation and participation to the annual budget review meeting.
Participation to the Regional operations budget.
Controlling regional expenses vs budget

5/ Interface with the head of controlling between Central Controlling and subsidiaries of the region to ensure the respect of the financial corporate process and instructions

6/ Follow up of specific projects with corporate management team
7/ Provide information and guidance for the use of salesforecasting tools. Regular analysis to ensure accurate sales and production planning.

Profil :
Experience Professional/ Education: minimum 7 years experience of controlling or auditing within an international company / University degree in BA or economics.
Good interpersonal skills and strong team spirit.
Experience of transverse management
Capability to work in an intercultural business place
Sound Business understanding
IT Know-how: expert with microsoft excel macro and SAP
Language skills: English (working language), French (working location), additional language as German, Italian, Spanish or Turkish as a plus.
